LOUISVILLE, Ky. — University of Memphis head softball coach Natalie Poole has been named the new NCAA Division I representative for the National Fastpitch Coaches Association Board of Directors. Poole will officially begin their three-year tenure Jan. 1, 2021. The representatives are elected by NFCA members.
Poole is set for her ninth season leading the Tigers' softball program. During her eight years, Poole has coached 18 all-conference selections, 67 NFCA All-America Scholar-Athletes and 92 all-academic members. In her 19-year head coaching career, she has compiled 512 wins and guided two teams to the NCAA Regionals.
"I am thankful to be serving our national softball organization in this manner and I appreciate the opportunity," Poole said.
