Tigers total nine All-America awards, including eight second team honors.

AUSTIN, Texas – The University of Memphis track and field squad completed its 2018-19 campaign with Friday action at the 2019 NCAA Outdoor Championships, which were held at the University of Texas' Mike A. Myers Stadium.

Mona Jaidi and Ashley Pryke each earned All-America second team honors in the women's javelin. On the men's side, Adar Sheere took home All-America honorable mention recognition in the discus.

Jaidi and Pryke placed 12^thand 13^th, respectively, in the women's javelin, an event originally scheduled for Thursday but was moved to Friday due to inclement weather. Sheere was 22^ndin the men's discus.

The Tigers wrapped up the 2019 NCAA meet with nine All-America accolades, including eight second team honors.
