Tigers finished fourth at last year's event in Vero Beach

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The University of Memphis men's golf team plays its third event of the 2019-20 fall season Sunday and Monday at the Quail Valley Intercollegiate at Quail Valley Golf Club in Vero Beach, Fla.

The 14 teams in this year's field will play two rounds on Sunday, followed by a third round on Monday. Shotgun starts on both days begin at 8:30 a.m. Tee times will post on www.GolfStat.com when available.

The Tigers opened the fall season Sept. 23-24 at the Graeme McDowell Invitational in Birmingham. They finished fifth in a 19-team field by shooting 3-over 867, including a 12-under 276 in the second round.

In their second event at the David Toms Intercollegiate in Shreveport, La., the Tigers finished second in a field of 12.

In last year's Quai Valley Intercollegiate, the Tigers finished fourth at 4-under 860 and Isaiah Jackson shot 8-under 208 to tie for fifth.

Quail Valley Golf Club in Vero Beach is a par-72 course and plays at 7,350 yards.

The Competition:
14 teams attending: UAB, Jacksonville, Lipscomb, Maryland, McNeese, Memphis, Miami (Ohio), Michigan State, UMKC, North Florida, Notre Dame, Rutgers, South Florida and South Dakota State.
