Kourtis Earns Second Weekly Honor Roll Nod

MEMPHIS, Tennessee – Junior men's soccer midfielder Christoforos Kourtis has earned another Weekly Honor Roll nod, as announced by the American Athletic Conference Monday afternoon. Kourtis led Memphis to a 1-1 record over the past week.
The Larnaka, Cyprus native scored a goal and recorded two assists during the week. After assisting on the opening goal of the match against UAB, Kourtis went on to score the second goal, which would eventually become the game-winner. He would also assist on the lone goal for the Tigers in the match against Temple.
Kourtis finds himself on the Honor Roll for the second time this season, after being on the list on Sept. 30. On the season, the midfielder has scored three goals and recorded five assists. His five helpers lead the team, while his 11 points rank second on the squad.
