Freshman won consecutive city championships at Whitehaven High School.
Today's Memphis cross country "Get To Know Me" is Emmanuel Cullins. A freshman from Memphis, Cullins has raced in two of the Tigers' three events so far in 2018.

Before joining the Memphis program, Cullins starred for the Whitehaven High School Tigers. In 2016, he helped lead Whitehaven to the school's first city cross country championship. Cullins led the way for the Tigers by winning the race's individual crown. For his efforts, he was named the city championships MVP. Cullins and the Tigers duplicated their feats in 2017, with the team winning its second-straight city championships crown and Cullins taking the individual title. Cullins also ran in the 2017 Tennessee Secondary School Athletic Association (TSSAA) Division I Large School state race.
