Game Notes
· Memphis snaps a five-game losing streak to SMU.
· Memphis made a halftime lead stand up yet again against SMU, and are now 14-1 when leading after 20 minutes.
· The victory was Memphis' first at Elma Roane Fieldhouse since Jan. 20.
· Winchell attempted her 600th career three-pointer. She also moved past Connie Hibbler (1984-88) and into seventh-place all-time with 357 career assists. Winchell had seven or more assists for the sixth time this season.
· Entering the contest averaging 20 turnovers a game, Memphis is averaging 12.5 turnovers in the last two games.
· Lee tied career highs in made field goals (10) and offensive rebounds (eight).
· Junior guard and leading scorer Brittany Carter missed her third game in a row.
· Freshman Bilqis Abdul-Qaadir scored her 100th career point.
· Dickson made her first start of the season.
