
Spirit Squads to Host Two Clinics in March

Cheerleading Clinic Flyer in PDF Format
The University of Memphis Spirit Squads will host two different clinics at The Cheer Station (7740 Trinity Road, Suite 126 B, Cordova, Tenn.) on Saturday, March 27th from noon to 4 p.m.
There are two different clinics that will be offered that day. A Cheerleading Clinic will be guided by Chad Odle and Frankie Conklin, while a Pom Squad Clinic will be led by Carol Lloyd. The cost of either clinic is $25 if registration is send before March 20th. Registration at the door will be $30.
Checks for registration can be sent to The Cheer Station, 7740 Trinity Road, Suite 126B, Cordova, TN 38018. In order to get on the list for the clinics, please email Name, Age, Phone Number and School by March 20th to Carol Lloyd (CarolLloyd71@bellsouth.net).
The Cheerleading Clinic will include stunting and tumbling along with learning sideline material. Participants are asked to wear comfortable cheerleading attire and shoes. There will be a question and answer session at the end of the clinic for those who want to learn more about becoming a member of the University of Memphis Spirit Squads.
The Pom Squad Clinic will teach hip hop, pom, jazz and technique styles of the Pom Squad in the one-day clinic. A question and answer session will be held at the end of the clinic to answer questions about auditions for the Pom Squad in May. Participants are asked to wear comfortable dance attire and bring both Jazz and Hip Hop shoes.
