Softball Takes On Tennessee In Midstate Classic Tuesday

The Tigers and the Lady Vols will play at Ridley Park in Columbia, Tenn. at 6 p.m.
MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The University of Memphis softball team is set to take on the Tennessee Lady Volunteers Tuesday evening in the Midstate Classic in Columbia, Tenn. The two teams will compete in a single game beginning at 6 p.m. at Ridley Park. Â

The Tigers and the Lady Vols are taking part in a two-game event that begins with Columbia State Community College vs. Volunteer State at 1 p.m. This is the first time Memphis and Tennessee will compete against each other since the 2012 season.
