Tigers drop first midweek of the season; Trosclair leads Tigers with two hits
Â
Texas A&M struck first and scored four runs early in the first inning. The Tigers got one run back in the bottom of the first, but that would prove to be the only run that Memphis would score in the game.

The Aggies used 15 hits throughout the contest to score 11 more runs while capitalizing on a pair of Tiger errors. Trosclair and Lindsay Crowdus accounted for the only three Tiger hits in the contest. Smith was handed the loss after putting in 2.2 innings of work with four earned runs allowed.
