Career Summary: Lettered two seasons with the Tigers after transferring from Holmes Community College...Played all 12 games in 2004 and totaled 12 tackles as a reserve on the defensive line...Was having quite a game against Ole Miss in the 2005 season opener before tearing a ligament in his knee that sidelined him the remainder of the year...Had three tackles and a sack for a loss of six yards versus the Rebels...Had surgery soon after his injury and was held out of contact work in the spring...Was able to regain a year of eligibility and was a consistent starter in 2006.
