2011-12 (Freshman)
Played in 27 of 33 games for the Tigers, averaging 2.7 points and 2.7 rebounds per game...Added 10 blocks, eight steals and five assists on the season...Was named the Conference USA Freshman of the Week two times (11/14/11 & 12/5/11)...Opened her career with a career-best eight rebounds in the win over Saint Louis...Added eight rebounds again in the win over Houston...Suffered a knee injury four minutes in to the C-USA opener against Tulane and missed the next six games...Scored a career-best nine points on 4-for-7 shooting in the win over UT Martin...Tied that career-best with a nine-point effort in the win over Houston on 4-for-8 shooting...Also tied a career-high with eight rebounds in the win over Houston.

Andr'a Jones joins the Tigers from Liberty Magnet School in Jackson, Tenn., where she played for coach Kevin Weeks...Was named the All-West Tennessee Girls Basketball Co-Player of the Year by the Jackson Sun and was the No. 45 ranked power forward and a three-star recruit by ESPN Hoopgurlz...Helped her senior squad to its first-ever regional championship and its first-ever state tournament appearance...In the Class AA bracket, Jones and the Lady Crusaders advanced all the way to the semifinals of the TSSAA championships, before falling 50-41 to Macon County...Her senior squad finished with a record of 30-5 and became the first Liberty girls team to win a regional title, a state tournament sectional game and a state tournament game...Jones averaged 16 points and 12 rebounds as a senior...Following her senior campaign, she was named to the Class AA all-state girls basketball team by the Tennessee Sports Writers Association...Nominated for McDonald's All-American team...As a junior, Jones was an all-district and all-region honoree and the District MVP...Averaged 10.0 points and 8.0 rebounds per game as a junior, helping the Lady Crusaders win the district tournament and advance to the quarterfinals of the regional tournament...Played club basketball with the Memphis Elite for coach Eric Daniels, helping her U16 team to a runner-up finish in the AAU Orlando tournament...Received the Technology Scholar academic award...Also recruited by Mississippi State, Georgia, Hawaii, Western Kentucky, James Madison, Evansville, and Ole Miss.
