Memphis starts three-match road swing with Penn State

Tigers set to play three matches in three days
ORLANDO, Fla. – Jumpstarting a three-match road trip in Florida, the Memphis women's tennis teams will start its week with a neutral-site contest against Penn State on Thursday afternoon.
First serve from the USTA National Campus in Orlando is set for 12 p.m. (CT).
Memphis returns to the court followed an off week. In their last outing, the Tigers took down Stephen F. Austin, 6-1, at the Racquet Club of Memphis.
Tiger duo Hanna Sohn and Katherine Cao return to the national ranks as the No. 78 doubles tandem in the country. In singles, Anki Wind seeks to continue an impressive start to the spring season and build on an eight-match win streak. Cao also enters Thursday with a hot hand, having won her previous four singles decisions.
Penn State (5-5) has dropped three of its last four matches, including a 7-0 decision in its most recent outing at Princeton. Gabby O'Gorman anchors the top spot for the Nittany Lions with a 5-3 singles record, while Bennett Dunn and Shannon Hanley lead the way in doubles with a 4-3 mark.
Following Thursday's match, the Tigers travel to Tampa for a league showdown against USF on Friday before returning to Orlando to cap the weekend against No. 25 UCF on Saturday.
