- Brea Elmore's 26 points against Cincinnati was a career-high and put her less than 100 points away from reaching the 1,000-point milestone. Elmore will become the 25th member of the Memphis 1,000-point club with 97 more points this season. The Tigers still have 10 regular season conference games remaining.
- Elmore also matched her single-season high of 42 made three-pointers with three made against the Bearcats. She now has 114 in her career.
- Taylor Barnes has had back-to-back games in double-digits. She is scoring a career-high 8.5 points per game.
- Cheyenne Creighton was one rebound shy of her 10th double-double this year against Cincinnati. Once she gets to 10 on the year, she will be the first Tiger since Jasmine Lee (2011-12 season) to have at least 10 double-doubles in a year.
- Against Cincinnati, Jada Stinson matched her career-high of five assists. She ranks fourth on the team in that category and is also the team's leading freshman with 6.6 points per game.
- A Memphis victory would improve the Tigers to 8-12 on the year and 3-4 in American Athletic Conference play. A win for the Tigers would also mark the first-ever win against UConn and the first loss in American Athletic Conference play for the Huskies.
