Road Trip Continues At Tulsa For Women’s Basketball

Tigers look to rebound after setback to Wichita State
TULSA, Okla. – The road trip continues for the University of Memphis women's basketball team as the Tigers are set to take on Tulsa Saturday afternoon. Tipoff against the Golden Hurricane is slated for 12 p.m. at the Reynolds Center in Tulsa, Okla.

The Tigers are looking for redemption after dropping a hard-fought contest against Wichita State Wednesday evening. Brea Elmore and Cheyenne Creighton led the Tigers offensively with 23 and 19 points, respectively, and Creighton's efforts have put her even closer to the 1,000-point milestone. Coming into Saturday's matchup with the Golden Hurricane, Creighton is only eight points shy of becoming the 24th player in program history to reach the milestone.
