Tigers Scrimmage in front of TSF 901 Members Saturday

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Tiger Scholarship Fund 901 Club Members were treated to an open practice and scrimmage at the Billy J. Murphy Complex on Saturday. As part of the event, Memphis football head coach Mike Norvell addressed the 901 Club members after practice.
"It's great any time you are able to scrimmage and have your fan base here to support you and create that intensity and environment. I'm humbled and grateful for what they mean to us," Norvell said.
The Tigers will have a day off Sunday before getting back on the practice field Monday. The team will hit the road for Jackson on Wednesday to spend three days at the University of Memphis Lambuth Campus.
Fans will have another opportunity to see the team in preseason action on Saturday August 12 at Lambuth Campus in Jackson. The scrimmage starts at 10 a.m. and is open to the public.
