Charles bring in a wealth of experience having played at ETSU and graduated from there. We are looking for him to come in and be a presence not only on the field, but in the locker room as well. With him being a hometown kid from Memphis is also a plus and we look forward to him having a wonderful senior season playing for the Tigers.
