Wesner Competes At USATF Senior Championships Sunday

Tigers sophomore places 10th in men's high jump.
SACRAMENTO, Calif. – University of Memphis sophomore Jordan Wesner competed in the men's high jump at the 2017 USA Track and Field (USATF) Outdoor Senior National Championships Sunday. Sacramento State's Hornet Stadium is the site of the seniors national meet.
Wesner tied for 10th place with a jump of 7-1 (2.16m).
In the 2017 outdoor season, Wesner set the program record in the men's high jump with a 7-3.75 (2.23m) effort at the Apr. 29 Memphis Invitational. He won the men's high jump title at the American Athletic Conference Championships with a 7-2.5 (2.20m) mark.
