Tiger Fans to Receive Free Grill Spatula

Chick-fil-A sponsoring giveaway for Tuesday night's men's basketball game.

MEMPHIS – In partnership with Chick-fil-A, the University of Memphis will be giving out 5,000 free grill spatulas at the home men's basketball game on Tuesday, Feb. 7 against Tulsa at 6 p.m..

These spatulas are sponsored by Chick-fil-A and have the Memphis athletic logo on the metal blade, with the Chick-fil-A logo on the handle. Each of these spatulas is 18.5 inches long, making it the perfect tool for the grill. The first 5,000 fans in attendance will receive a voucher for the spatula, which can be picked up in the grand lobby of FedExForum following the game. Only one tool per voucher will be honored.

"Thank you to Chick-fil-A for their sponsorship of this fantastic giveaway," said Tom Bowen, director of athletics. "Support like this allows us to continue to improve our game day experience."
