Coach Norvell to review the Tigers' 43-7 win over Kansas and preview the upcoming Bowling Green game.
MEMPHIS – The next episode of the Mike Norvell television show will air at 10 p.m. (CT) on CW30. Coach Norvell will join Dave Woloshin and will review the Tigers' 43-7 win over Kansas and will offer some preliminary thoughts on the Tigers' upcoming Saturday game against Bowling Green.
Last night, the Tigers capitalized on six Jayhawk turnovers en route a 43-7 victory that improved Memphis to 2-0 for a second straight season. That marked the first time since the 2003 and 2004 seasons that Memphis has started 2-0 on back to back years. Memphis is looking to stretch that start to 3-0 this coming Saturday, hosting Bowling Green out of the MAC, at 7 p.m. in a game that will be televised on ESPNews. Memphis has not started back-to-back seasons 3-0 since 1927 and 1928.
