"These facility upgrades help us in our quest to provide superior customer service and a first-class fan experience."
Highlights of the stadium improvements since last season:
- The biggest improvement has been the installation of over 5,000 premium chair back seats. Adorned in Tiger blue, the seats provide 22" in width compared to the 15-18" of the seats they replaced, plus an additional 3" of leg room, armrests and cup holders. These new premium seats run from goal line to goal line on both sidelines and are priced at just $250 each, plus a small per seat donation.
- One of the most important updates to the stadium was a new payment system that will allow credit card purchases at all 138 concession stand locations. Fans will no longer have to seek out different concession stands based on the type of payment they choose to use.
- New interior paint job to all fascia walls, entrance portals with new section numbers, Press Box exterior, new traction coating on lower ADA and inner bowl concourse.
- New Ticket Office at Gate 4
- All new LED lighting for stadium concourses, which improves the lighting levels and lowers deferred maintenance
- The Pipken Building was upgraded with LED lights and new paint and will now serve as the location for the TSF pre-game tailgate, providing a climate-controlled area for Tiger fans.
- Renovation to multipurpose room that includes 16 new HDTVs, service bar for food & beverage service, updated lighting package and new aesthetical finishes to give them room a more modern, sophisticated appearance
- New exterior enclosure for the videoboard, which better protects the board's inner components and provides a more uniform appearance to the stadium. There now is equipment to hang banners/graphics on the rear of the board.
