Tigers Volleyball To Hold Blue/Gray Scrimmage Saturday

Scrimmage starts at 2 pm; clinic and pizza party to follow.
MEMPHIS, Tenn. – This is it! The final dress rehearsal for Set To Roar is set for Saturday, Aug. 20 at 2 p.m. (CT) for the 2016 University of Memphis volleyball team.

The Tigers' annual Blue-Gray scrimmage begins the afternoon at the Elma Roane Fieldhouse. Following the intrasquad match-up, the team will hold a clinic for youth eighth grade and younger. A pizza party/autograph session will be held after the clinic.

The Tigers open their 2016 campaign Aug. 26-27, hosting the Memphis Invitational. Joining Memphis in the two-day tournament are Belmont, Central Arkansas and Chicago State. The Tigers' first match in the tournament is against Chicago State at 12 p.m. (CT).
