Memphis Men's Basketball's 2016-17 Conference Home- and Away-Only Foes Announced

Memphis will play East Carolina and Cincinnati just once next season
PROVIDENCE, R.I. - With the 2016-17 season still over five months away, the American Athletic Conference has released the home-only and away-only opponents on Tuesday afternoon.
All 11 American Athletic Conference teams play an 18-game conference schedule, which is comprised of eight home-and-away opponents, one home-only foe, and one away-only opponent.
For Memphis in 2016-17, its conference home-only opponent is East Carolina, and the league road-only opposition is Cincinnati. The eight conference home-and-away foes for the Tigers next season are: UConn, Houston, SMU, Temple, Tulane, Tulsa, UCF, and USF.
The complete 2016-17 American Athletic Conference schedule with dates and times will be announced at a later date. The American Championship Tournament is schedule for March 9-12 (Thursday to Sunday) at the XL Center in Hartford, Connecticut.
