Tigers Announce Seats for Service Promotion

MEMPHIS – The University of Memphis Athletic Department has announced its Seats for Service Promotion. Fans who would like to send a serviceman or woman to the November 12^th football game against USF, the team's Military Appreciation Game, can purchase a ticket for just $10. The Athletic Department will then work to distribute the tickets to the appropriate recipients prior to the game.

To date, the Tigers have already sold over 3,600 Seats for Service tickets. Fans can participate in the program by either calling the Ticket Office at 901-678-2331 or by purchasing a ticket online at www.GoTigersGoTix.com.

The Memphis home football schedule includes seven dates in 2016, including the Nov. 12^th game against USF. The team's season will open on Sept. 3^rd when first year head coach Mike Norvell and his Tigers' team hosts Southeast Missouri State at 6 p.m. (CT) in the Liberty Bowl. That game will also be carried on ESPN3.
