Baseball Announces Summer Showcase Camp

The University of Memphis baseball team will host its 2016 Summer Showcase Camp on Saturday, August 20, 2016, head Coach Daron Schoenrock announced Thursday. The one-day camp is for students 8th grade through senior, and will take place at FedExPark (974 Getwell Rd.) on Memphis' Park Avenue campus.
Campers will display their skills in front of the Memphis coaching staff as well as other two-year and four-year college coaches from the mid-south region. This will be done through instruction, showcase style workout and bullpens.
Camp fee is $160 and includes instruction, facility use, secondary insurance, lunch and a t-shirt.
Participants should bring their baseball glove, hat, bat, pants, batting gloves, cleats and tennis shoes.
