MEMPHIS, Tenn. – In front of a large and loud fan base, the Memphis Tiger men's basketball alumni put on a show at the Elma Roane Fieldhouse, a game in which the Gray team won in a high-scoring affair, 125-to-119.
The game, organized by former Tigers Jeremy Hunt and Willie Kemp, was highlighted by the return of nearly 30 Tigers, most of who played for the Blue and Gray in the 21st century.
Behind coaches Elliott Perry and Andre Turner (Blue Team) and Detric Golden and Marcus Moody (Gray Team), the game featured many long-range bombs and highlight-reel dunks.
A portion of the proceeds from the game will be distributed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and the National Kidney Foundation.
At halftime, the Blue team led 68-60, as Chris Crawford scored 19, and Adonis Thomas and Geron Johnson each scored 17. Shawn Taggart and Hunt each had 14 at the break for the Gray team.

Johnson closed the game with 33 point in a losing effort, while Adonis Thomas scored 29, Chris Crawford 25, Will Coleman 16, and Wesley Witherspoon 12.
