Feb 17, 2016 | Men's Soccer
In a press conference held on the University of Memphis campus Saturday, two brothers, Maddox and Brooks, officially became a part of the Memphis men's soccer program.
Â
"This was a really special event," Memphis men's soccer head coach Richard Mulrooney said. "This was for Maddox and Brooks, but it was great for us too. We gave them something but what we got back out of it was really something special. It put a smile on all of our faces and really puts things in perspective. We want Maddox and Brooks to be a part of our program. We feel like they are a part of our team now."
Â
The men's and women's soccer teams were present for the "Draft Day" ceremony, in addition to student-athletes from other Memphis sports.Â
