Lady Tigers wrap up tourney play at Little Rock.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Freshman Janina Berres defeated Arkansas' Nicole Breaux, 6-4, 6-4, in the B consolation singles finals at the Country Club of Little Rock, Sunday. It's the first career title for Berres.

Memphis also had three other singles matches in singles finals on Sunday. Junior Anki Wind lost in the A finals backdraw, 6-3, 6-4, to Kansas' Anastasia Rychagova. Marta Morga fell to Oklahoma State's Maria Alvarez, 6-4, 6-3, and Hanna Sohn fell to Arkansas' Sasha Shorupeieva, 6-2, 6-2.

In doubles, Memphis played two matches, Sunday. The team of Wind and Sohn lost 6-3, while the team of Morga and Berres fell 6-1.
