Sport-Related
- How did you get into distance running? During conditioning for other sports, I noticed that I had a lot of endurance and figured I should try a sport that would suit that strength.
- How many times have people told you distance running is outrageous? How do you respond to them? Way too many times than I can remember. Distance running may be a little outrageous, but so am I.
- If you weren't a distance runner, what track and field event would you like to compete in? I would like to compete in the 100-meter dash.
- What is the best advice you can give to young distance runners? Always have that fiery passion to win and be better than you were the day before.
Pop Culture
- Read the book or watch the movie? Why? Do both. People should read the book to receive all the small details that can't fit into a movie, and watching a movie is always fun.
- Which form of social media do you prefer the most? Why? I don't use social media very often, but I guess I would prefer Instagram. It think it is really neat how some people are able to express themselves through photography.
Miscellaneous
- When not at practice, what can someone find you doing? Probably playing other sports with my friends.
- What did you do this past summer? I interned in Washington, D.C., for Congressman French Hill from Arkansas' second district
- If you won the lottery, what would you do with the money? Invest it and live a very comfortable lifestyle.
- If you were a superhero, what super power would you have? The ability to time-travel.
- If you could compete in another sport, which sport would it be? Why? Football. I like the fire and intensity of the sport.
